The MH-1 is the flagship modular dual-tube binocular night vision platform. Housing is manufactured by Low Light Innovations in the USA. One system, every mission. (final build by NGS in Europe)
The housing is machined from aerospace-grade magnesium and titanium alloys, balancing ruggedness against an industry-leading weight in its lightest fully built configuration. The MH-1 is field-serviceable, modular, and designed to grow with the user as mission profiles change.
Power is fully modular. The MH-1 accepts a Standard CR123 battery housing, the Universal Battery Compartment for AA / CR123 with Fischer external input, or a Stand Alone Port for external-only configurations.
Price of the NGS build includes the Universal Battery Compartment.
This version has more Image Intensifier Tubes options for you to choose from: 1400 - 1900+ FOM Autogated. This means, that every ordered device will have minimum guaranteed FOM and can be higher. All devices may or may not have spots or blemishes. We try our best to get the cleanest possible image to you.
MH-1 can be fitted with the JerryC PRO Clip-on thermal imaging system for enhanced target aquisition and recognition.
Mounting of the device to your helmet/headstrap is simple. You will just need the Mount itself. The mount can be attached to helmet or to the headstrap.
You have two optics options to choose from: NGS LWT or RPO 4.0.
The advantages of NGS LWT are that they are fully mil-spec and have higher light transmission and less image distortion. LW optics are manufactured in China with an emphasis on the highest quality. RPO 4.0 optics are manufactured in the USA, have a larger exit pupil, better eye relief and lower weight.
