The NGS PVS14
night vision monocular is the most versatile and popular night vision product ever made, they truly are the Swiss Army Knife of night time equipment. PVS-14s from NGS are capable of handling and excelling at almost any task at hand.
From security, surveillance, navigation, hunting, home defense, and wildlife management to name just a few. NV NGS14 are small, lightweight, and work equally well mounted on an AR-15 rifle or mounted on your head for hands free operation. In addition to the fantastic performance and versatility, NV NGS14 night vision are full Military Spec quality so durability and longevity will be the absolute best you can get and they are fully waterproof. The other most noteworthy feature on NVNGS14 is the Manual Gain control that enhances the units capability and enables them to better resolve images in both brighter light as well as very low light.
This version has more Image Intensifier Tubes options for you to choose from: 1400 - 1900+ FOM Autogated. This means, that every ordered device will have minimum guaranteed FOM and can be higher. All devices may or may not have spots or blemishes. We try our best to get the cleanest possible image to you.
Device can be fitted with the JerryC PRO Clip-on thermal imaging system for enhanced target aquisition and recognition.
Mounting of the device to your helmet/headstrap is simple. You will just need the J-arm (attaches to the device) and helmet Mount which attaches to the helmet. The mount can be attached to helmet shroud or to the headstrap.
You have two optics options to choose from: NGS LWT MIL-SPEC or RPO 4.0.
The advantages of NGS LWT are that they are fully mil-spec and have higher light transmission and less image distortion. LWT optics are manufactured in China with an emphasis on the highest quality. RPO 4.0 optics are manufactured in the USA, have a larger exit pupil, better eye relief and lower weight.
