I am extremely satisfied with the Wolf14! From start to finish, the entire experience has been excellent. I had several questions regarding delivery and technical specifications, and the support team responded incredibly fast and with great professionalism. They were consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out was that they went the extra mile by providing detailed updates upon request, such as the exact status of my order (for example, whether it was currently being assembled or undergoing inspection by a technician). I have purchased multiple products and services from NGS — the FCS AMP tactical headset, PVS-14 checks and purging, TCA PRC radio servicing, comms accessories (PTT, cables, antennas…), NVG mounts, and more. I also took part in their NVG workshop, where you can literally try monoculars, binos, QUADs, thermals, and fusion systems. Every experience with NGS has been purely positive, and I would recommend them to anyone interested in thermal/NVG gear or other tactical products. I've also had experience with their out-of-warranty servicing (who even does that nowadays? No one!) and their amazing pro-customer approach. BIG SHOUTOUT TO NGS!

Totally satisfied, i bought my first device by the reference from my friends here. Device was prepared week after, 100% satisfied till i saw some “garbage” or spot in tube. I contacted NGS technican, he inmediately jump to car, drive to my home and personaly clean the tube. Can recomend this company to anyone!
